Job Description

Exclusively Remote is seeking an experienced L3 Help Desk Escalation Engineer to own complex tickets in a fast-paced MSP environment. You will troubleshoot across Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, cloud infrastructure (Azure/M365), virtualization, networking, and security while guiding junior staff to resolution.

The role demands independent problem solving, strong communication with clients, and the ability to work US hours.
