In this crucial role reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will plan, organize, and design mining operations while ensuring the highest standards are met. You will also spearhead continuous improvements in mining cycles and coordinate efforts across various departments, including Engineering and Geology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee mining operations in both environments
• Develop and monitor effective mining cycles
• Coordinate communication between teams and departments
• Establish long-term mining objectives aligned with annual production goals
• Supervise the planning team and ensure data accuracy
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering; OIQ membership
• 12 years of related experience
