Senior Microwave Engineer

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Microwave Design Engineer to join our Microwave and Electronics group within the Engineering organization. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of advanced radar-based sensing technologies used in industrial automation. You will work across the full product lifecycle, helping deliver high-performance, reliable solutions that support safer and more sustainable operations globally. This position is based in Linköping, Sweden, with a hybrid work arrangement available.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Design, develop, and improve passive and active microwave solutions, including radar front-ends, antennas, waveguide structures, and RF components

Contribute to all phases of product development, from concept and prototyping to testing and production ramp-up

Perform simulation, design, and validation of RF circuits and systems using industry-relevant tools and methods
