- Proactively engaging with existing merchant partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Acquiring new merchant partners by identifying and pursuing promising leads in the local market
- Negotiating and closing merchant partnership agreements to expand our network
- Providing on-site support and training to merchants on the effective use of our services
- Resolving any merchant queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Monitoring merchant performance and identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns
- Maintaining detailed records of all merchant interactions and transactions
