Position Summary
The Senior Merchandiser is responsible for driving merchandise strategy, product assortment planning, and in‑season performance management to achieve sales, margin, and inventory targets. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time, aligned with UNIQLO’s brand philosophy and local market needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan optimal merchandise mix, and SKU assortment to support store requirements from product launch through sell‑out.
- Continuously review and revise merchandising and production plan based on actual sales performance and marketing response.
- Monitor weekly sales, sell-through and inventory performance at item and SKU level, identifying risks and opportunities early.
