Job Title: Lead Media Strategist / Copy
Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred
Type of Contract: Full-Time | Remote

We are seeking a senior-level Lead Media Strategist / Copy with deep creative and copy leadership experience to join our growing team. You will fully own paid media strategy, systems, and performance outcomes across multiple channels, acting as a strategic thought partner to leadership. Your work will directly impact client growth, creative scalability, and the evolution of our internal paid media frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and scale complex, full-funnel paid media systems across Meta, Google (Search & Performance Max), TikTok, and Amazon at a lead/senior level.
Personally write high-converting ad copy, hooks, angles, and offer positioning across TOF, MOF, and BOF (hands-on copy ownership is core to this role).
