Key Responsibilities:
• Create maintenance strategies and lifecycle plans for equipment
• Investigate mechanical issues and provide technical recommendations
• Lead project management for equipment upgrades
• Develop technical specifications and obtain competitive bids
• Mentor Engineers and Engineers-in-Training in safety protocols
