The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Senior Mechanical Engineer - Department of Defense. The Mechanical Engineer provides design and technical support for facility control system projects, including UMCS, HVAC controls and DDC, SCADA, Fire Alarm Systems, Electronic Security Systems, and metering. Responsibilities include preparing calculations, drawings, specifications, and sequences of operation; coordinating power and controls interfaces; assisting with submittal reviews and RFIs; supporting factory and site testing, integrated system testing, and commissioning; and producing as-built updates and O&M inputs.
