Job Responsibilities:
Service and maintain high-pressure washers, scrubber driers, and sweepers.

Fill out detailed maintenance and technical reports.

Communicate effectively with both customers and the brand to resolve issues.

Manage the service center operations, including device reception, issue reporting, problem-solving, and customer communication.

Lead and manage the technicians’ team.

Conduct regular training sessions for the servicing team.
