The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of interior development, including injection-molded plastics, and demonstrate leadership in cross-functional engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design technical solutions aligned with function, style, cost, quality, and regulations.


• Lead mechanical design engineering activities in floor mats/carpets and related components.


• Ensure design readiness and quality before release while integrating deliveries from other teams.


• Provide input to product and system roadmaps based on component history.
