Senior Materials Planning & S&OP Lead

Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to coordinate the Planning Department and oversee Planners and BOM Specialists in Mexicali. You will train staff, monitor planning activities, and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include production planning, scheduling, MRP, shop floor coordination, and reporting manufacturing performance metrics such as OTD and lead times. APICS CPIM desired; strong SAP, Power BI and Excel skills are essential.
