Job Description
As a Senior Materials Planner, you will accomplish activities related to local and international planning to ensure the availability of materials at the manufacturing site to guarantee compliance with production schedules.
You will report to Planning Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the proper supply of materials to guarantee the level of service required by internal customers.
- Ensure the proper supply of purchased materials to maintain the service level required by internal and external customers.
- Improve the inventory of approximately 600 SKUs (300 Make to Stock), minimizing obsolescence and overstock.
- Coordinate with global suppliers to meet delivery times and logistical conditions.
- Mitigate supply risks through advanced planning strategies (DDMRP). Periodically maintain planning parameters in ERP systems.
