Senior Material Engineer II (ME-11)

Job Summary: The Senior Material Engineer II (ME-11) oversees material testing, quality control, and compliance to ensure all construction materials meet project and government standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate all material testing and quality control activities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) standards
• Review laboratory test results for soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and other materials
• Approve material sources, mix designs, and construction materials
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper material handling and application
• Prepare and submit material quality reports and documentation
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Address non-conforming materials and recommend corrective actions
