About the Role
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the marketing technology stack and supporting infrastructure
- Manage and deliver critical marketing execution projects on time using strong project management practices
- Develop, maintain, and document best practices as processes evolve
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks that could impact technology implementation or adoption
Key Deliverables
- Build strong partnerships with Marketing, BDR, and Digital teams across business units and subsegments
- Analyze, document, and validate marketing technology needs, translating diverse stakeholder perspectives into clear requirements
- Expand and optimize our martech automation workflows leveraging RPA and agentic AI, including:
- Lead flow and scoring
- Data management
- Best practice implementation
