Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager

The Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager will support new product development, new product introduction and cost out designing for existing product lines through sound execution of engineering principles and processes. A high level of ‘hands‑on’ technical capability and sound engineering principles are required to be successful in this position. The position requires fluid/gas component assembly and functionality knowledge, primarily in a new product development environment. Leads a team of engineers and provide coaching and guidance. Grooms, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function in the long sustainable manner.
