Donaldson seeks a hands-on engineer in Aguascalientes to support stamping operations, focusing on process optimization and improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2–5 years of relevant experience, along with a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
