Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Mexicali)

Overview

Plan, organize and implement all activities related to the design and/or optimization of the company's manufacturing processes, specifically in the areas of manual assembly, testing, inspection, packaging, flow and handling of materials, machining, casting, winding, and others; so that said processes meet or exceed the goals set for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost.

Responsibilities

• Launch high complexity programs for High Pressure & High Purity.
• Define and execute Manufacturing standards for CNC programming, tooling, perishable tools, routings, etc.
• Analyze problems, propose solutions, and provide written instructions when a deviation or modification of a process, material, or specification is required.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, standards and specifications established in the quality management system and by the EHS department related to your position.
