Senior Manufacturing Engineer Leader – NPI & Automation

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineering leader in Torreón, Mexico. You will drive the development, implementation, and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes for successful product launches and sustained operational excellence.

You will manage AME teams, coordinate NPI from concept to production, and ensure line readiness, with a focus on automation, digitalization, and cost-reduction initiatives across the plant.
