QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or College diploma in Engineering Technology supplemented with seven (7) to ten (10) years' recent related progressive supervisory and management experience in a large, complex unionized
environment or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skills And Abilities
- Demonstrated working knowledge of building systems, operations and maintenance practices in a complex
environment. - Demonstrated working knowledge of appropriate legislation, relevant laws/by-laws and provincial/national
standards. - Proven initiative, judgement, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
