Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy and operations for adidas Colombia, ensuring the attraction and hiring of diverse, high-quality talent across Corporate functions, the Technology & Digital Hub, and Global Business Services (GBS). Act as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, translating business priorities into workforce and hiring strategies while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Drive employer branding, early careers programs, and continuous improvements to strengthen adidas' position as an employer of choice in the Colombian market. Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, fostering a high-performance, data-driven and customer-centric culture aligned with adidas' Talent strategy.
