Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership & Governance
Lead and oversee all freight, customer service, and customs operations, ensuring governance, standardization, compliance, and operational excellence.
2. Business Strategy & Growth
Drive Business Unit strategy, planning, and growth initiatives aligned with Group objectives to enhance scalability, performance, and profitability.
3. Financial & P&L Management
Oversee P&L performance, including budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, and revenue optimization.
4. Customs & Regulatory Oversight
Oversee customs compliance and act as escalation authority while managing regulatory relationships and advisory on duties and HS codes.
5. Performance & Risk Management
Govern KPIs, performance metrics, and risk management frameworks to ensure continuous improvement and mitigation of operational and compliance risks.
