Senior Manager, Store Space Planning

Job Description

Insight Global is assisting a large retail client in hiring a Senior Manager of Store Space Design and BIM Management. This candidate should have experience with space planning, BIM, and leadership skills as they will be managing a team of 6 store space planners. They will be responsible for assigning team members to projects based on senior managers’ regions and applicable projects, conducting QA of their team’s work, and standardizing design practices to ensure a consistent design experience across designers and regions.

Skills and Requirements

• 2-3 years of past people‑management experience (manage a team of 6)
• 7-15 years of experience working within design (space planner or design manager)
• 2+ recent years of experience working within a big‑box retail environment
• BIM/ACC/QA‑QC Management and standards development
• Proficiency with Revit and Revit Families
