Job Description
- Budgeting :
- Provide inputs on sales performance, manpower requirements, market competition, and sales projections for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Estimate marketing budgets for the site (including promotions, sales manpower, broker commissions).
- Recommend budget allocations.
- Sales Planning :
- Create and recommend sales strategies for achieving sales targets (e.g., launch plan for a new project).

- Channel Partner Management :
- Meet and monitor channel partners.
