Partner with the Head of Sales, Sales Finance, and Sales Directors to develop accurate forecasts and robust financial plans. Lead annual planning activities, including AQR, quota development, and risk and opportunity tracking. Manage customer trade spend investments; allocate and monitor trade funds to ensure budget compliance and strong ROI. Conduct trade investment and profitability analyses to support strategic business decisions.
