Position: Senior Manager, Sales OperationsLocation: Eagan, MN (Hybrid)Overview: The Senior Manager, Sales Operations leads GTM execution and operating cadence for IB Legal, owning territory design, pipeline governance, forecasting, and performance management across the revenue organization. This role ensures the sales engine operates with discipline, visibility, and consistency across the platform. IB Legal is consolidating multiple legacy businesses into a unified commercial platform, and this role will help define and operate the core execution model supporting that transition.

GTM Execution & Operating Cadence

Lead weekly pipeline and forecast cadence with sales leadership

Own pipeline governance, coverage targets, and performance tracking
