Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Key Responsibilities Quality Management Lead Quality function such as Receipt Quality, In‑Process Quality, and Field Quality across a cluster of warehouse locations through a team of Quality Managers. Implement and strengthen centralized quality systems including TQM, IMS, audits, and other organizational quality initiatives. Oversee Value Fit Parts development through drawing approvals, VPPAP approvals, and monitoring receipt quality performance. Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive process simplification and IT-enabled quality improvements. Process Improvement & Business Excellence Drive process improvement initiatives across functions using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and other methodologies.
