**Job Overview:**
The Senior Engineering Manager, Maintenance of Business, will join Keurig Dr Pepper’s Global Product Organization to lead a cross-functional team responsible for Appliance New Product Quality, Field Quality and Analytics, as well as Sustaining and Productivity across the full Keurig appliance portfolio, including both At-Home and Away-from-Home product families.
This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership capability, along with a forward-thinking mindset to effectively drive global collaboration while ensuring quality remains at the forefront of all activities.
