Senior Manager Project Management

Responsible for leading project management teams and processes for major water and wastewater infrastructure projects including project and program management, scheduling, forecasting project costs, and budgeting. Develops policies and procedures used to plan, manage, and mitigate project risks. Oversees the project management staff and various contract personnel. Assigns, schedules, coordinates, and directs personnel in the various project management functions relating to the planning, review, and execution of major projects. Responsible for setting department goals and metrics, reviewing employee work performance and efficiency, and ensuring adherence to all department policies and procedures. Reviews overall project performance, costs, and schedules to ensure that desired productivity and service levels are achieved, and that work is completed in accordance with established policies, regulations, and operating procedures.
