Primary Responsibilities
- Maintenance of project specific PC execution strategies within the portfolio
- Create and maintain consistency on all projects within the portfolio
- Lead development and setting standards for advance Project Controls reporting (cost, progress, earned value, resource, benchmarking, etc.)
- Manage development of procedures for various project control activities including control budget preparation, cash flow, forecasts, progress tracking, change management
- Chair weekly, bi‑weekly and monthly project status review meetings for the portfolio
- Manage cost activities including development and implementation of cost control systems, invoice processing activities, monthly cost reporting, trending, FAC Analysis, cost variance analysis, funding budgets and cash flows
