Main purpose

The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Manufacturing standards and customer specifications in Operations are defined and adhered too.

Key Responsibilities

Elimination of waste

• Drive ME Improvement objectives by analysis of lost time using the relevant problem‑solving techniques.
• Monitor & reduce scrap (By means of but not limited to the TQM process)
• Ensure all agreed improvements are timeously planned and implemented.
• Drive improvement targets through the ME and TQM processes. (With the intention to reduce downtime and cost of poor quality).
• Ensure Improvement Targets to Budgets are met.
• Kaizen Initiatives (Drive A3 problem solving activities...
