Senior Manager Procurement MRO and Technical Services

The Senior Manager, Procurement MRO is a key leader within the Global Procurement organization and reports directly to the Associate Director, Procurement CAPEX, MRO & R&D. This role is accountable for driving global MRO Suppliers and cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, defining and ensuring alignment with enterprise procurement strategies and operational excellence standards.

The position combines strategic category leadership, program/project management, and people leadership, with strong interaction across Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and other key business stakeholders.

It requires a strong command of global MRO environments, the ability to drive cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives, and the capability to execute complex programs at scale.
