Position Overview

Own and lead the People HR technology domain for AD Ports Group, acting as the dedicated one front door for People, Culture, HC & E technology demand, roadmap and delivery. The role operates within the domain-oriented model of Global Enterprise Solutions and is responsible for end‑to‑end relationship management, roadmap definition, solution delivery and ongoing operation of HR and workforce technology platforms, including AI‑augmented and AI‑native solutions. The specialist will plan, build, test, deploy and operate these platforms to a high standard, serving as the primary technology partner to the HC & E function and shaping business demand into deliverable work.
