Senior Manager – People Technology Solutions

Own and lead the People/HR technology domain for AD Ports Group, acting as the dedicated ‘one front door’ for People & Culture (HC&E) technology demand, roadmap, and delivery. Operating within the domain-oriented model of Global Enterprise Solutions, the role owns the end-to-end relationship, roadmap, solution delivery, and ongoing operation of HR and workforce technology platforms, including AI-Augmented and AI-native solutions – ensuring they are planned, built, tested, deployed, and operated to a high standard. Act as the primary technology partner to the HC&E function, shaping business demand into deliverable work, running an integrated People/HR “mini-product” team, and delivering measurable value through stable, well-supported, and continuously improving People technology solutions.
