Position Summary ​

The Senior Manager, People Operations, Technology & Analytics is responsible for leading HR technology, people analytics, reporting, workforce insights, operational governance, and service delivery optimization across the organization. This role oversees Workday and related HR systems, drives data-driven decision making, improves operational effectiveness, and advances automation and technology initiatives that support business growth and employee experience. The position partners closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions, actionable insights, and continuous improvement across the People function.
