Responsible for managing the critical applications of the bank payments processing platform. Works effectively with the business stakeholders, internal teams and vendor in ensuring the product road map and the payment platforms and process improvements. Ensure payments products delivery and support strategy are aligned with the management objectives and goals. Ensures strategic vendor partnership and aligning products / industry road maps of the Payment platforms with business strategy.
Responsible for guiding and mentoring the team locally and ensuring high quality of delivery and cross functional expertise with the team.
