We are looking for you to lead our Owner’s Engineering team located in Porvoo, Finland. This role requires proven experience in managing plant engineering activities and a willingness to step forward in a line‑mandate capacity, overseeing approximately 10 engineering leads.

• Line management of a team of plant engineering experts.
• Manage external engineering partner interface for OSBL projects.
• Contribute significantly to the development of OSBL projects’ execution strategy.
• Coordinate engineering support to maintenance and operations.
