Reporting to the Director of Corporate PMO, you will lead Nutrien's enterprise Organizational Change Management expertise, focusing on strategic advisory and cross-portfolio impacts. Your leadership will ensure adherence to governance models and elevate change capabilities throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategy and governance for enterprise change
• Advise senior leaders on change impacts and readiness
• Establish change governance practices for value realization
• Optimize resource allocation for OCM initiatives
• Develop change enablement tools and methodologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT
• Minimum 10 years project management experience with at least 4 years in leadership roles
