Job Description
As the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations at Equiton, you'll own the marketing technology infrastructure that powers a leading private real estate investment firm across multiple business units. This is not a campaign execution role. You'll architect and maintain the integrations, automations, and data pipelines that connect marketing activity to revenue. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you'll operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, and technology with full ownership of how data flows, how leads are managed, and how performance is measured. You will also partner closely with IT/Technology to ensure scalable, secure, and future‑ready systems.
