Lead end-to-end transition lifecycle including due diligence, scope finalization, KT planning, ramp-up, hypercare, and go-live
Manage global process migrations into Shared Services / GBS across business operations
Define and track transition plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs, and status reporting
Partner with COEs, delivery teams, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
