The Firm-Wide Services (FWS) Lighthouse Leader serves as the strategic integrator and innovation quarterback across Firm-Wide Services, driving the adoption of AI, automation, and modernization within BDO’s operational functions. This role bridges Innovation & Change, Technology, and Functional Leadership teams to ensure that enabling functions evolve with the same pace and ambition as client-facing service lines. The leader builds trust quickly, works generously across teams, and takes initiative in ambiguous environments—bringing others along rather than driving change alone.

Lighthouse Leader will:

• Identify and prioritize innovation and AI opportunities across FWS departments (in partnership with functional leaders).
