Senior Manager- Legal and Compliance

Role Purpose:

The Senior Manager: Legal & Compliance will provide strategic and operational legal support to the business, ensuring effective legal risk management, regulatory compliance, and sound corporate governance. The role supports business objectives while safeguarding the organisation’s legal and compliance posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Oversee and manage legal and compliance risks, policies, and frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Support corporate governance requirements and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Manage and mentor legal/compliance team members and external legal counsel.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to enable informed business decision-making.
