Job Overview

Metso is now seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Services (LCS) Offering Development to lead the design, development, and scaling of service‑based business models within the mining and capital equipment environment. The role focuses on creating scalable lifecycle offerings that deliver clear customer value while supporting Metso’s long‑term growth and strategic objectives. This position reports to the Director, LCS Offering Development and works closely with global Product Groups, Business Lines, and regional teams. The role is preferably based in Espoo, Lappeenranta, Tampere (Finland), in Brookfield or York (United States), or in Montreal (Canada).
