1. Integration Strategy & Transformation Planning
Lead integration initiatives related to new systems, operating models, process changes, and innovation programs.
Develop integration roadmaps, timelines, success metrics, and governance frameworks for transformation initiatives.
Translate strategic transformation goals into executable integration plans across functions.
Ensure alignment between innovation initiatives and overall business objectives.
