Job Description
The Senior Manager, Identity Operations is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise identity and access management (IAM) services. This role ensures secure, reliable, and scalable delivery of identity services while driving standardization, operational excellence, and alignment with enterprise security and IT objectives.
This position reports to the Director, Enterprise IT Service Operations, is part of Danaher Corporate IT, and is fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Lead and manage L1/L2 identity operations, including incident management, service requests, and access management processes, owning end-to-end service delivery.
+ Provide technical leadership and operational oversight across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, and adjacent identity platforms.
