Senior Manager, Human Capital Management

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations to ensure organisational effectiveness.
• Act as strategic HR advisor to the Board of Directors, EXCO, Executive Chairman, C-Level and Senior Management Team.
• Manage high-level stakeholder engagement and governance matters, ensuring HR initiatives support corporate priorities.
• Prepare and present executive reports, Board papers, workforce analytics and strategic proposals for Board of Directors (BOD), EXCO and Top Management.
• Lead change management initiatives including restructuring, transformation projects, business planning and M&A integration.
