FEMA and RBI Compliance: Supporting and advising Internal teams on ODI, FDI & other FEMA matters
Ensure compliance with regulatory and banking requirements for treasury transactions like APR filing, FCGPR Reporting, FLA return, RBI Project Profile reconciliation and other FEMA compliances.
Work with bankers and internal team on processing of FDI / ODI transactions
Seeking RBI approvals for various Forex Transactions – BOE waiver, PCG issuance etc CORPORATE FINANCE AND AUDIT: Provide the necessary details to various auditors and ensure that all the clarifications are provided on time.
Monitoring & Digitisation of Group Debt and Internal funding tables.
Monitoring end use of funding to group companies and its reporting to internal stake holders
Timely renewal of credit ratings. Ensuring all queries and compliances of Credit rating agencies are given in timely manner.
