Senior Manager, Governance & Compliance – Plywood

UPM Plywood in Helsinki seeks Senior Manager, Governance & Compliance to lead and develop the governance framework, oversee policies, standards, and internal controls, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

You will coordinate MAR considerations, manage insider lists, support risk management, and advise business leaders on governance matters, reporting to the General Counsel of WISA. Finnish and English skills required.
