Key Responsibilities

• RTD rule development : Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of RTD rules for 300mm wafer fabs to balance throughput, cycle time, and equipment utilization.
• Scheduling optimization : Design and refine scheduling algorithms to balance fab priorities, reduce bottlenecks, and achieve predictable cycle times.
• Full automation enablement : Lead initiatives to integrate RTD and scheduling into MES and automation systems, advancing towards fully automated fab.
• System integration : Collaborate with Automation, IT and Manufacturing teams to ensure RTD and scheduling rules are seamlessly embedded into fab workflows.
• Production flow optimization : Analyze fab performance data and adjust RTD/scheduling strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
