Senior Manager for Marine Business

The Marine Business Manager is responsible for driving the sales, operations of marine engines, marine generator sets (gensets), and related power solutions. The role focuses on business growth, customer relationship management, operational efficiency, and profitability.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Drive sales of marine diesel engines, marine gensets, propulsion systems, and aftermarket solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities in commercial shipping, fishing, offshore, shipbuilding, ports, marine contractors, and government sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with shipowners, fleet operators, shipyards, EPC contractors, and marine consultants.
