Senior Manager, Employee Relations Strategy and Programs

What is the opportunity?

Senior Manager, Employee Relations Strategy and Programs is a key member of the Employee Relations Governance (ER) team. In this role, you will take your experience in providing advice on employment related matters and apply your subject‑matter expertise to address employment risks at scale by working with a broad set of stakeholders, including members of Employee Relations, Human Resources, and other RBC teams.

What will you do?

Provide support in several primary areas within the Employee Relations Governance Team, including:

• Partner with Employee Relations colleagues and senior leaders to identify trends and emerging issues related to the Employee Relations portfolio, including misconduct and employee behaviour, with a view to developing and managing consistent approaches to employment‑related issues (e.g., developing corrective action tools and guidance).
